  • Where is La Mer located? 

    La Mer is a world-class beachfront destination, located in the prestigious Jumeirah 1 neighbourhood along 2.5 kilometres of relaxing white sand. Located at a 5-minute drive from Etihad Museum and a 15-minute drive from Downtown Dubai.

  • How much do I have to pay if I lose the token?

    In case you lose your token an AED150 will need to be paid at the exit gate.

  • Is there a customer helpline if I need help?

    In case of assistance, please reach out to our customer service representatives by calling our help line at +971 45905090 from any of the Parking Pay and exit machines.

  • What is Curbside Pickup?

    The ‘Curbside Pickup’ service enables you to place and collect orders from your favourite retailers through a simple, contactless process. If you would like to know more information about how it works, participating brands and pick-up points, please see here.

  • What can you do at La Mer?

    La Mer offers a plethora of fun experiences for anyone, whether you’re looking to shop, eat, play, live or stay. Covering everything from an eclectic mix of dining outlets, trendy cafes and restaurants, shops that cater to your beach and beauty needs, a waterpark, a hotel, and living in a master community in the heart of Jumeriah.

  • Are there any licensed restaurants?

    We offer seven licensed venues for visitors to indulge. These include Aprons and Hammers, Argentina Grill, Babel, Bombay Bungalow, Masti, OSH Dubai and Stars and Bars.

  • What water sport activities are available at La Mer?

    La Mer offers jet skis, jet ski excursions, wakeboards, flyboards, pedalos, inflatables, kayaks, stand-up paddles, water step bike, towable donuts and boat cruises.

  • What amenities are provided at La Mer?

    A list of amenities are available at La Mer that include showers, washrooms with disabled access, baby changing rooms, mobile charging stations, an ATM, free Wifi, information hubs, prayer rooms, 1,000 dedicated parking bays (valet & paid), hotel shuttle bus and road links.

  • What services are provides at La Mer?

    A list of services can be used by visitors at La Mer that include beach parasols, day rooms, Smart Police Station, sun loungers and the Train Beach Club.

  • What is the opening and closing hours?

    Retail stores are open between 10am to 10pm from Saturday to Wednesday, and 10am to 11pm Thursday to Friday. Our F&B outlets are open daily from 10am to midnight.

  • What are the parking charges at La Mer?

    The parking fee at La Mer is AED20 per hour.

  • How can I avail of free parking?

    If you spend a minimum of AED150 at any one of the several F&B and retail stores, you can validate your parking for the first three hours – making it absolutely free. Every additional hour after the first three, will be charged at AED20.

  • Can I use the bills from my spend at carts/vans/kiosks?

    In order to validate your parking token, you cannot use the bills from your spend at carts, vans or kiosks across La Mer.

  • After token validation, when can I leave the parking? (time frame)

    Once your token is validated, you will have a grace period of 30 minutes to exit the parking.

  • After exceeding 3 hours, how much will each extra hour cost me?

    An additional AED20 is applicable for each extra hour that your vehicle is parked at La Mer.   

  • Can I pay cash or card for my parking and where do I make the payment?

    The Parking Pay Machines accept cash up to AED200. Should you prefer to pay by card, you may do so at the exit gates.

  • Do the Parking Pay machines give back change?

    Yes, the parking pay machines provide change.
