How it works

  Place your order

  Place an order with your favourite outlet via one of their purchase processes (online, phone call, app, etc.). An outlet representative will contact you with the next steps, and you’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready for collection.

  Arrive

  When you arrive at our destination, look for the agreed pickup location (please refer to the map) and contact the outlet via their preferred contact method.
• 

  Receive order

  Once you have contacted the outlet and provided your car details (brand, model, colour), your contactless pickup order will be safely delivered to your car.
