HOW TO PREPARE:
Step 1: "Shape the rice"
round for sake ball, elongated oval for Nigiri, rolled out for California roll.
Step 2: "Cut & Slice the salmon"
thin long slices for sake ball, thick slices for sashimi, thin shorter slices for Nigiri
Step 3: "Topped, Build & Enjoy"
